Within the first thirty (30) days of ownership, should you experience a manufacturing defect (excluding normal wear and tear), we will promptly and courteously replace your defective item when it is returned with the receipt as your proof of purchase. In the event a repair is necessary due to a defect in quality or workmanship, Boutique "Faux La La!" , at our option, will either repair or replace the damaged item at no charge. Should the item be no longer available, you have the option of an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Boutique "Faux La La!", return it to us, postage prepaid, within 30 days of your receiving it, in new condition, for a full refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax. ( Shipping, Handling, & Insurance charges are not refunded).

In the event you return your purchase, the postmark must be no later than 30 days from the date of proof of receipt from USP or refund privileges are void.
